Let us ensure that our fellow Americans receive the food stamp benefits they so rightfully deserve, for it is our duty to serve the needy and the less fortunate. As I always say, "Ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country." In this case, we must do what is right and provide for those who are struggling.

Well, it seems to me that the Trump administration is being told to make sure our fellow Americans receive their food stamp benefits, despite the shutdown. As I always say, "The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things."
