Leading Teams and Projects in AI, Data, and UX With 27 years of software engineering experience, I am a technical leader who loves growing teams and organizations that build products that improve people's lives. I have a passion for data, music, and good user experiences, and I thrive on open communication and collaboration. I was last leading diverse teams of engineers at Stability AI, a company that leverages large language models and generative image models to create innovative solutions for various domains. I was responsible for both internal and external platforms and features, such as stable chat, stable studio, and a new platform page. Prior to that, I led cross-functional teams at SeatGeek and Spotify, working on consumer check-out flows, personalization, and data systems. I have a proven track record of delivering state-of-the-art products, implementing efficient processes, and developing key individuals.
