Dr. Elena Chirikhina, PhD, is a Pharmacist Prescriber, GPhC-registered, and lifestyle medicine specialist dedicated to helping people improve stress, metabolic health, and overall wellbeing. She holds a PhD in Skin Bioengineering from London South Bank University and is the Founder of Cutis Dermis Ltd. With a background spanning clinical pharmacy, academic research, and wellbeing education, she blends science with practical tools for real health transformation. Dr. Elena is a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, the British Society of Menopause, and the World Obesity Federation (SCOPE certified). Her courses empower learners to manage stress, restore metabolic health, enhance sleep and relationships, and build resilience for longevity and balance.
